A nice end to vacation week.
Drop-in anytime between 3 and 7. Bring your own projects or learn how to make your own rubber band bracelet. There is no fee to play, but donations to the tip-jar are greatly appreciated.
If you'd like to know more about this highly addictive craft (for all ages) take a look at my recent blog post and this one too.
If you haven't been able to attend an Open Studio at The BeeHive in the past, you might like to know that it is a bright, cheerful space with coffee, tea, and cocoa available in the K-cup machine. Space to spread out and work, or sit and chat. You don't have to do the project - you can bring whatever you are working on. Bring stuff to show off or ask for feedback. Bring snacks if you like to bake... we like to eat! There are art supplies and books for sale too. And if you have had a crappy day, we'll let you vent, then cheer you up. Kids are welcome, usually. If you or your kids are really high-maintenance, that's OK too - just remember to bring LOTS of cash to put in the tip-jar! ;-D
